Mercedes-AMG GT 43 4-door Coupe

Mercedes-AMG GT 43 4-door Coupe is launched with straight 6-cylinder engine

Officially sold in the European market, the new base model of the Mercedes-AMG GT is about 14,000 Euro cheaper (~ 380 million) than the GT 53.

With the launch of the GT 53, GT 63, and GT 63 S earlier this year, Mercedes-AMG has continued to expand its 4-Door Coupe line by launching a new low-end version.

Riding on classic monobloc wheels, the new Mercedes-AMG GT 43 is equipped with 3.0-liter six-cylinder turbocharged engines similar to the GT 53 but produces less power.

Specifically, on the GT 53, the above settings give 435 horsepower and 520Nm of maximum torque, while the GT 43 only 367 horsepower and 500Nm power. In fact, this number is enough to satisfy most of the luxury sports car fans of the three-pointed star.

It's no surprise that the GT 43 takes 4.9 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h (0.4 seconds more than the GT 53). The maximum speed of the GT 43 is only 255 km / h (GT 53 has a top speed of 270 km / h).

Both GT 43 and 53 are equipped with 4Matic 4-Wheel Full Time 4-Wheel Drive with variable torque distribution. In addition, both models have additional support from the automatic gearbox and the EQ Boost provides 22 horsepower for the engine in short time.

In the German market, the Mercedes-AMG GT 53 4-Door Coupe 2019 has a starting price of 109,182 Euros (~ 2.96 billion), while the new base of the four-door coupe is priced from 95.259 euros
