McLaren Speedtail can accelerate from 0-100 km / h in 2 seconds

More than a month ago, some new information about McLaren Speedtail was revealed

Speedtail has been tested in two different drive configurations, including the Speedtail, SupercarBlog.

Speedtail is said to be equipped with four-wheel drive, but new information says the McLaren supercar can use the rear-wheel-drive system. Speedtail can accelerate from 0-100 km / h in 2 seconds, 0.5 seconds faster than the Bugatti Chiron.




If this number is correct, Speedtail is faster than most current models, and McLaren Speedtail can challenge even the top superbike.

Although the information about the speed of the Speedtail is kept secret but it is known that this super car will be equipped with internal combustion engines with at least one electric motor attached. Internal combustion engines are said to be the modified version of the 4.0-liter V8 supercharged engine on the 720S.




The hydride drive is expected to produce about 986 horsepower. McLaren will launch Speedtail at a closed event before its official launch on October 12.
